Stop the grains!

Here is a great article on the infamous "Wheat Belly" syndrome.  Take a look around you.... you will see plenty of them roaming the streets, stores, and even in the gyms.  Cut out the grains in your diet and you wont see it in your mirror!

  1. Travis, Great article! My personal evidence is strictly empirical--not scientific. When I came to CFC, I considered myself a "healthy" eater. A combination of millet, amaranth, and steel cut oats for breakfast. Lentils and brown rice for lunch. Another dried legume with brown rice for dinner. And I ate vegs and fruits. No sugar. No junk food. No eating out. Changing to paleo has been terrific. I "lost" my belly and the weight around my middle. And this comes from an aged person that medical science expects to put on some weight in their older years and lose muscle tone. It is so easy to eat paleo and feel great. I sure wish we could convince everyone to give it a try for three months! Thanks for posting.
