Members of CrossFit Champions boot camp, Dawn Breakers, do "Boot Camp Gone Bad"!
3 rounds, 5 stations, 1 minute at each station with one minute rest in between rounds.
Max reps at each station. Stations are: Burpees, KB swing (25lb), air squat, med ball ab mat sit ups (14lb), jump rope (single under)
Total score is accumulation of total reps throughout all three rounds.
