Torn but still pulling!

My hands were put through the meat grinder last week and I had several areas on my hands that were split open.  (CrossFitters, you know what I'm talking about)  I stumbled upon this website through a Tweet that I read.  It could not have come at a better time.  I made two that evening and even though they were sloppy, they worked!  The more I practiced the better they became.  Try for yourself!
