CrossFit Champions "Titans" Sports Conditioning Program
I have been working with some outstanding youth football players since December. The Titans are an energetic, fun, and athletic group of kids. They have been working on getting faster, stronger, and better with the use of functional movements! Titans are learning the meaning of "THRIVE"!
