When we say CrossFit is for everyone...we mean it!

Ran across this article in the CrossFit Journal.
What a great story and further proof that CrossFit IS for EVERYONE.  No matter the age or athletic ability, CrossFit workouts can be modified to be challenging but doable for any walk of life.  I guarantee the motivation from other athletes in the box helped G-Ma push to levels she didn't think were possible.  Clients at a globo-gym will not even turn down their ipods.

80 years old and thankful for CrossFit
